Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AIWP products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.

2. Products and Services

AIWP provides AI-powered water purification systems and related services including:

• Water purification devices (Only WP and AI WP + App)
• Mobile application for monitoring and control
• Professional installation services
• Warranty and support services
• Upgrade Program for existing customers

3. Warranty Terms

All AIWP devices come with a 10-year replacement warranty covering the purifier body and electronic components. Please note:

• Warranty is valid from the date of installation
• Motor components are excluded as they are mechanical consumables
• Warranty is void if the device is tampered with or serviced by unauthorized personnel
• Warranty claims require proof of purchase and installation

4. Subscription Services

The AI WP + App subscription ($10/month) provides access to the mobile application with real-time monitoring, usage analytics, and priority support. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. The water purifier will continue to function without the subscription, but smart features will be disabled.

5. Installation and Service

Professional installation is included with all device purchases. Our technicians will install the device, test water quality, and provide a complete walkthrough. Installation typically takes 1-2 hours. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations.

6. Upgrade Program

The Upgrade Program is available exclusively to existing AIWP customers. When a newer model is released, eligible customers can trade in their current device and pay $500 to receive the latest model with a fresh 10-year warranty. The traded device must be in working condition.

7. Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. EMI options are available with $500 down payment and the remaining balance spread over 20 months. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

AIWP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
